Amanda I have been a big fan of yours for many years now. You keep it up girl. Just wish I lived close so I could come and see you.

Saw you last night (8/1) at the backyard concert. You are an incredible talent! DO NOT GIVE UP YOUR DREAM! Someone big has got to discover you soon. You are so much more talented than so many who have made it big (not fair). Your guitar, lyrics, voice, style, mix--everything is so entertaining. I watched a couple of the videos on your site with the band. Sounds great (of course), but I like you solo because the great entertainment is all about and from you. I don't like you getting lost in the mix! When I see the performers who the judges pick to advance on Idol and America's Got Talent you would blow the judges and voters away. I've already emailed some people about you. I wish we were in town this Saturday for Macadam Grill, but we'll catch you again. Unfortunately it may take a few years to be discovered big time, but KEEP AT IT, AMANDA!
Regards,
Scott (we were the couple in the front row).

Amanda,
I am one of your cousins or second cousins. Your maternal grandfather was my mom's (Kate Hanson Lohse) brother, N.Hanson. I am trying to email your mom some photos of our greatgrandparents? generation but the email I have for her does not work. Can you pass on this message and have her email me? Thanks. I remember you and Logan as little kids visiting my house in O.C. Best of luck to you.

I stumbled across your music while I was looking for something else, and it's great! How about a midwestern tour?---Fort Collins, Denver, Lincoln, Lawrence, Kansas City, Omaha, Iowa City, Columbia, and so on. Check with Pete Watters at the Zoo Bar here in Lincoln: 402-435-8754, 402-475-3094, info@zoobar.com.
And by the way, what's with all the free gigs on your calendar? We pay money around here.

We love your music. Cassidy is 11 and listens to your cd that we bought from you on Alberta, over & over. She know several of them by heart, and has sang them at a few open mics. Please let us know when you have all age shows.

Amanda, I saw and heard you last night at the Bounty Hunter. Im sorry but words alone will never be able to describe you. You are an awesum young lady with tons of talent. I have been around music my entire life, and let me tell you that you are a treat, so much talent in such a little lady, and your song writing is out of this world. I am going to keep my eye on you as you are going places I will see you again

Amanda

Beautiful new web site. I was just rollng that early music video awhile ago that we shot in cafe delerium in downtown gresham in 2001 with the digital stereo tape that I made from the sound board. There are a couple early performances of your original compositions that are rare great takes for the archives with the candelabra burning in the background . . . I'll check out your newer recordings now. Keep up the great work! - Mark

i live in lincoln, ne. i heard you on kzum's radio show. i believe it was broadcast through omaha. not sure though. in lincoln we have the zoo bar...a nationally known blues bar that features far more than blues. it would be interesting to have you here. maybe you can set a 'tour' through this area. lincoln is a very laid back town (as far as i know). so if you should ever come around the area or if you want to get away.....look up the zoo bar in lincoln, ne. pete watters and jeff boemer (sp) are the owners. thanks

I just heard you for the first time on Folk Festival which is carried by WDCB 90.9 fm outside of Chicago. I really enjoyed what I heard. Your lyrics are great and very inspiring. It would be great to see you play live. Hopefully you will come out and play in the Chicago area sometime soon. Peace, Bruce

Yes, you read the name right. I found this site after reading an article about finding people online with the same name. As soon as I read the first page, I was worried. What if my Googleganger (their word) sang badly. So I checked it out. I was an instant fan. Amanda, I hope you become ridiculously famous and people ask me stupid questions about our name all the time.

Find the laptop? Fill me in, Amanda. I've got a "donor" for you, too. Make sure to email me the model of Presario and PULL your LOST/MISSING ad, which will scare the thieves from LISTING it on C/L... trust me. It's a good bet it will show up there... but not if there's a stolen/missing ad that will show up on a "search" they might do prior to listing it (maybe they're smarter than you think...?)... we can only hope.

Again, let me know what you've found. I've let my friends know to look for a C/Presario, but really need any model numbers, serial numbers, etc, to be able to really look out for and find it.

Chin up.
